Summer has kicked in at The Bus Stop
Eleven starters for some solid racing today. The scene was set with a nice breeze shifting each side of the East. Nigel 168 fell back on his gated course to get some length in the beats.
There were a few notables absent today for some reason or other, where was Harry 555, one of our mainstay racers? We didn't see the Copper Crest Boys either, there must have been more important stuff to do. We as a group have a great thing going that attracts us back week after week. I think it's what yacht racing does to us that causes that to happen. We just want to get down there, sail better than last week, and perhaps win a race or two. It's like a magnet.
With the hot sun back on us,we need to get those big hats and sun umbrellas out for the good of our health.
Another top dats racing by the group. Thanks to my Roving Reporters for the Intel that lets me report.
