The weather cut racing short at The Bus Stop.
The thirteen skippers today were thirsty for action. Nigel 168 set a nice long course around a lot of marks. The start's were keen and the skippers behaved well, ifact I never saw many incidents all afternoon.
The wind was generally from the SE and was light. A few holes dropped in to give opportunities for sly passing moves.
Graeme 250 had some bad luck with his totally refurbished yellow blowing a brand new rudder servo before the first race. He took the helm of 179 for the first race and sailed brilliantly for the win. Then he went home while he was ahead.
At about 2:30pm a monster black thing headed in our direction belting out thunder and lightning, so consensus said let's get out of here. Racing was abandoned and we went home for a cuppa tea and a lie down. Another great day of fun racing.
Enjoy the photos.
