Saturday 9th November 2024 Sailing Report

It was one of those days. Three mists of racing greeted me when I hit the water, sailing my Corbie 6F. They proceeded to thump me until Graham arrived and helped sort out my rig. Bruce showed up with his year 2000 home-built boat, getting everything in order for the launch of his new design.

The afternoon offered good racing for the rest of the day. In the long race, John E reached the bus stop first, caught the breeze, and was gone. Despite our efforts, we couldn’t catch him before the finish.
