The weather man said raining, but what does he know.  I arrived down the lake to a beautiful strong windy onshore.  Plenty of chop and lots of people walking around the lake.  4pm and a quick A rig and all four of us were on the water.  Everyone had been hanging out for to get back out with a newly beautifully purple vinal warp to boot.  1st time out and we all shock out the rust and everyone got back up to speed fast.  One breakage which was quickly repaired and then One race at 5pm which was won by the newly launched purple boat "Gracie" Great Job A few spits of rain started to fall and none of us were kitted up for rain, so we decide to pull the plug early as the heavens looked like they were going to drop.  Awesome 1st session for the year. The Lake Point has been totally rebuilt and re-planked with no slip grip and a lower launch area.  Looks fantastic, great job Hamilton Council  A really wet slow trip back and up over the Kaimia's and home to dream about our next DF65 session next Tuesday 4pm at Lake Hamilton.
