Hard yakka today at The Bus Stop
Twelve boats lined up for some frustrating racing today. The wind was bad, it was coming from everywhere and with big puffs dropping on the fleet making the boats hard to control. There was a lot of happy chatter going on amongst the skippers. I think it was to take away the shame of how we handled the breeze at times.
As the photos showed, Rob 501 had power issues. After recovering his boat and analysing the problem he said he checked everything, wiggled some wires and away it went. Truth be known, he forgot to plug it up.
RTW's were tough races today. Pat 39, Tim 144, and Pete 179 recorded wins.
