Overcast, but with a breeze from the SW today which is what we have been waiting for. Ten sailors turned out today for some great racing. Pete 179 scored the racing today to give us an idea of how well we are sailing across a number of races. We will do this more often to give skippers a feel for the scoring system.
Note we are using A -Fleet which is a phone App that is easy and quick to get out a set of results. Your entry keeps you in the system for the number of races on the day. So, if you don't start or finish a race you score the number of boats plus one. Today would be 11. Normal scoring you drop your two worst races and they are blocked in grey on the results.
Graeme 137 was consistent across the day and scored the win - congratulations. Garry 54, two points back for a very close second and Nigel 168 third. Cliff 115 put in a blistering performance, but had to leave early and you see how his results came out. A good learning tool for you all to see that consistent performance brings reward - Graeme gets the chocolate fish.
