RO Gary D has asked me to drop this email to you to see if any member out there has a camper van we could use for registration, ongoing tea and coffee throughout the day and finial prize giving at the end of the race on the 5th September 2020 at the Lakes. John B and Ken F have offered solutions for weather protection so we have this under control now. Thanks everyone for your emails.

We probably have only half the expected 2021 membership forms returned so far.
