2021 Fees - Status Quo - nzrya $10, TRSC $5, IOM NCA $1

RM / OP to arrange removal of CS & TS & arrange two new bank account authorized from committee

RO Duty, Race times, putting Dinghy away discussed.

GR send email to all club members and weekly reminders of duties.

Working bee required, GD neighbor given us another 80 cobblestones.

Sailing times; Saturday11am-4pm, Monday1pm-4pm,Wednesday1pm-4pm,Thursday1pm-4pm

TCC member of public enquiry discussed.

GR to draw up a new 6 month sailing calendar

KF then to send Calendar to TCC.

PJ DF95’s to sail Wednesday/Saturday with IOM until established then committee revisit schedule.

Marks on Lake all to be same colour and TRSC identification. Possible purchase new small marks.

GD Rules Discussion, Stay simplified. GR to post on website one rule with photos.

DH wash, clean, dry, all contaminated hulls before putting in Lake Gilmore.

DH IOM Scales purchase. Committee approved. Send bill to IOM NCA and see what happens?

DH club shirts. Concept approved.

DH draft letter to Carl and Tess
