A big blue skied Sunday afternoon spent at Ken's mancave.

The plan was to lay up the 2nd hull shell.  A sheet of flat fiberglass for deck and components.

And to try another attempt at both the female and male cup layups.

And screw the 1st Deck to the 1st Hull.

The production line fired into action.

The molds already had plenty of polish on them, and were ready for resin this afternoon.

Photo below 4 hours later.

Left photo - Both sides of the carbon rudder blade under vacuum.  Once complete add 4mm pin then fill with glue  together both sides.

Right photo - Male Cup under vacuum, hopefully the cloth is pulled down into the corners this time ???   Time will tell?
