Rood trip Day 13. 24hours after racing finished and its Time to reflect here in Kaikoura how things went and make some new plans going forward

After sailing yesterdays last race I striped down my Nitro IOM, boxed her up and put here out to pasture for 2020

Tauranga 1st, Nelson 1st, PRSC 4th, 2nd, 3rd (3rd overall) She did very well this season (and really happy how I went too over this last month)

Now looking forward I have to switch my sailing style back to the Dragon Force Sixty Five keep her moving mode. We have the DF65 Nationals this coming Labor Weekend in Otaki, near Wellington.

I am really looking forward to my first race meet in this class. I have no idea what to expect so it will be a interesting couple of days for me. Bring it on :)

So from here I now have Four days to get from Christchurch to Picton, Ferry Crossing Thursday lunchtime. The clutch in the van is slowly getting worse and I hope it makes threw this Ferry Crossing. She is straight into the workshop when I hopefully get home..

We then have a practice session Friday afternoon at Otaki followed by a Dinner out with the sailors to follow. Racing Saturday, Dinner Saturday night, and more racing Sunday :)
