Sunshine, squalls, and rain at The Bus Stop.

We had some nice sunshine when I arrived at the lake today. Eight skippers lined up ready to race. A nice NW breeze was in place and Nigel 168 set a good course to match it. We raced and had excellent races. Then the weather turned a bit dodgy, a solid squall with plenty of wind and some rain. Our little boats took off and the racing became more exciting. The rain stopped, and everything went back to normal. During the squalls Harry 555 was seen scurrying off up to the shelter of The Bus Stop, good thinking Harry. We had a couple of cycles of that and then it turned cool. Time for some RTW's. We did three that  were won by Pete 197, Graeme 230 and Rob 501.

In case you haven't caught up with the latest DF65 National Rankings, I have included the list. Check out how Tauranga sailors rank, you will be impressed.

A few photos today as the light was bad.
