The DF65 fleet arrived at the lake in summer weather having had spring on Monday. Ten boats today made a nice fleet for racing. The wind was light varying between about 5 and zero knots from the NW.

It needed cunning and lots of visual senses and a good start to cut a track around the buoys that was going to result in a win. That was exactly what happened on a few occasions.

Nigel set a course that provided plenty of passing lanes for those skippers looking up the track.

New skipper Harry enjoyed the day getting to know his new boat.

What a nice day to be out in the sun racing our little boats, very enjoyable. Thanks for coming guys.
