This report is from my roving reporter - Thank you.

A bit of a funny day, fine, but cool at The Bus Stop.

Ten boats in the fleet today and lots of enthusiasm came with them. 501 was back after some intense work by Rob during the week. He has suggested that deck covers over the battery hatch should be made mandatory when racing.

The breeze was somewhat changeable starting Southeast, moving to the South then Southwest requiring a course change to square things up. Buoy 4 was perilous as usual and there was often a big hole up the middle. Avoiding these hazards often won races.

Lester 17 and Adrian 136 were running hot today collecting a number of podiums.

Last Saturday a small group enjoyed some coaching on race starts and tuning. There was a nice breeze from the west that hung in all afternoon. The photo was supplied by IOM sailor Ken Fox and was taken from The Jetty. Thanks Ken.

2025 DF65 National Championships from 18th to 20th April 2025 over the Easter Weekend.

The club is calling for volunteers to help run the event, so come on lads, put your name down to help if you are not competing. It will be a fun weekend and there are lots of little jobs that make the event a success.

No experience is necessary, just willingness.

Dinner Saturday night at the Oak Tree (tba if we can get a booking) Competitors and non-competitors all welcome but everyone must prebook and pay as we will only just have enough tables, it is likely to be booked out for Easter,

(entry and dinner forms will be up soon, stay tuned to this site)
