Another fine spring day for DF65 racing at The Bus Stop

Thirteen starters for some fun racing. The sun was shining, the breeze was up, some good company on the bank with batteries fully charged. The breeze settled in the SW and was blasting right down the lake stirring up a healthy chop.

Nigel 168 gave us a gate top and bottom course and racing was quick fire.

The gates gave skippers plenty of options and skippers were taking advantage of that to set up good wins. Some were up and down one side. Others sometimes swapped sides to take advantage of the wind angle. All of these options were producing good results depending on the shifting breeze.

As the day wore on the wind shifted more to the south creating an opportunity for a port start if you were game.

Great racing today with that extra wind strength, lots of happy winners.

RTW's went to Rob 501 and Bob 909 who blitzed the field.
