Sunday Sailing Report – 19th October 2024
Today’s racing brought plenty of challenges as we contended with a shifty breeze that couldn’t quite decide whether it wanted to blow from the north, east, or west. This kept everyone on their toes, giving the fleet plenty to think about as we sailed with our A rigs.
The course was set steadily, with just one adjustment made during the afternoon, allowing for a fun and competitive day of racing. The unpredictable wind added a touch of excitement, making each race a test of skill and adaptability.
We wrapped up the day with two longer races. Graham R sailed to victory in the first, while Dennis S claimed the win in the second—both showing excellent form in the shifting conditions.
Cheers,
Ken
