Could you please pass this on to your club IOM owners to remind them to vote in the current AGM.
Please note that the voting on matters arising from the new NZ IOM NCA (National Class Association) opened today (Feb16th-Feb22nd).
Matters to be voted on include setting Fees etc:
New hull Registration $25.00
Change of Ownership $10.00
Personal sail number $25.00
Measurement Certificate $10.00
Championship Fees IOM
National Regatta $20.00
North Is Champs $15.00
South Is Champs $15.00
Regional regattas $5.00
(Note the IOM Subscriptions and Championships fees are the same as 2021)

Dates for Voting
Voting will open on the 16th of February 2021 and will close at 1800 hrs on the 22nd of February 2021.
All votes that will be counted have to be received within that time period
INSTRUCTIONS FOR VOTING
Eligibility
Only NZL IOM NCA Registered Owners in good standing with the NZL IOM NCA and NZRYA shall be able to vote in NZL IOM NCA elections or on IOM Class matters.
Methods Available for Voting
Electronic voting will be available on the NZRYA website.
Postal voting is available.
Email voting is available.
Electronic Voting
The member voting must personally submit their vote. Only one vote per IP address will be accepted.
Email Voting
Votes are to be made on the official Ballot Form which may be downloaded from the NZRYA website here. Only one Voting Form per email address will be accepted.

Votes are to be made individually on the official Ballot Form which may be downloaded from the NZRYA website here . Only one vote per envelope will be accepted.
