Another warm, fine sailing day with top end breeze from west with a little bit of south, right down the full length of the lake. Solid gusts whipped up a steep chop that meant plenty of power was needed to make any progress.

Right from the start of the first race, Garry 54 was here to race. He peeled off half a dozen wins before anyone could get near to him. He had his boat right in tune with the conditions, well done Garry. It was noted that a couple of boats ganged up on him at a start to slow him down.

Nigel set a course that was testing. The top mark was deadly for some who got into irons and spent some time doing a rounding. Others suffered the spinout effect or went down the mine. Overall the boat handling was good.

Garry went home early and others jumped on the podium. An excellent day's racing.
