Another early trip to Auckland with plenty of wind shaking the van on the way up.
8am at the lake and we had a solid A plus breeze. 9.30am the that rig came off !!!
B rig on ... No A rig on.
10am to 11am basting around the A rig and struggling at times with the strong breeze.

After 11am we split into gold and silver fleets after a lunch break
The wind notched up another 10 knots and all the B rigs came out.
Arron did well with the smaller rig, But Graham not so much.
Another increase in wind strength and Graham pulled out his c rig for one race and did well before changing back to B rig with Arron for the last race.
Arron won the last race, with Graham chasing close behind for 2nd.
Overall Rubin from the North Shore cleaned us up this afternoon. nice job Rubin.
Graham managed 2nd overall, with Mike from Kapiti just behind
and Arron got 4th overall. Nice Arron! Well done this weekend. Some takes for the team back in Tauranga no doubt.
