A bit more than a Zephyr today at The Bus Stop

A small tight fleet of five today enjoyed a warmer sunny afternoon having lots of fun at the lake. B Rigs are multiplying, two today Pat 39 and Nigel 168 while the rest of us had serious issues with boat control while running A Rigs. Why were we running A Rigs? Because we haven't got a B Rig! I check the Coastguard wind before racing and it said 18 gusting 31 knots. If you look at the photos you will see Nigel 168 clocked 13.3knots with gusts on top, so we were up against it.

The racing was tough for us A Riggers, but the B's were going like trains. I think the only A to win a race was Rob 501 and then he went home, so the B Riggers had a field day. No breakages, one blown into the reeds, otherwise lots of fun was had.

Another great day fun racing.
