For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Olive oil (for coating)
For the Cream Cheese Topping:
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the Crunchy Topping (optional):
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1 tablespoon butter (melted)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Prep the Chicken:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
