Full Recipe:
Ingredients
1½ pounds salmon (about 4 filets), skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
¼ cup (85 g) hot honey (store bought or homemade)
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon cubes and toss gently to coat evenly.
Place the seasoned salmon cubes into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in batches.
Air fry the salmon for 9–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 140–145°F (60–63°C).
While the salmon cooks, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, add the hot honey and stir to combine.
Once the salmon is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the hot honey glaze over the salmon and toss gently to coat.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
