1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: 1 tbsp lemon juice for extra zing
