Full Recipe:
4–5 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
3 tbsp pickle juice (from a jar of pickles)
1 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: extra dill or chopped fresh parsley
