Full Recipe:
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten free)
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Prepare the Marinade:
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Marinate the Salmon:
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each fillet is evenly coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake the Salmon:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Place the marinated salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serve:
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
