1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
4 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
