1½ lbs ground beef (80/20 blend recommended)
1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 large eggs
1 cup crushed Saltine crackers (or plain breadcrumbs)
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: ½ cup crushed tomatoes or marinara sauce for added moisture and flavor
Prepare the Meatball Mixture:
