2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6–8 oz each)
4 slices of cheese (Gruyère, Emmental, or Swiss-style)

1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 cup (60g) plain dried breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil

Prepare the Chicken:
Place the chicken breasts on a clean surface.
