Grilled to perfection, the salmon boasts a smoky exterior with a juicy interior, making it a delightful main course for any occasion.
Full Recipe:
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup brown sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground ginger, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium high heat. Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.
Grill the Salmon: Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill each side for 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serve: Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with your choice of sides, such as roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
