1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups (250 g) all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup (90 g) chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, then stir in mashed bananas, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon (if using). Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
