Creamy Rotisserie Chicken Buffalo Dip
This indulgent dip combines the smoky heat of buffalo sauce with the creamy richness of cheese and ranch dressing, all elevated by tender shredded rotisserie chicken. Perfect for game days, parties, or cozy gatherings, this dip is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded (from a rotisserie chicken)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
¾ cup buffalo wing sauce
2 tbsp ranch dressing
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)
Optional dippers: corn tortilla chips, carrot sticks, celery, ruffle chips, baguette slices
Preheat and Prepare Baking Dish: Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Lightly grease an 8×8″ or 9×7″ baking dish to prevent sticking.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is well blended and smooth.
Bake the Dip: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted.
Broil for a Crispy Top: Switch your oven to broil on high and broil the dip for an additional 2–5 minutes, or until the top is golden and slightly crispy. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
