2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie or poached)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
¾ cup Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Optional: green onions or chives, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: extra blue cheese or ranch dressing, for drizzling
For serving: tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or baguette slices
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Dip Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
Add Cheese: Stir in ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese and all of the shredded mozzarella cheese into the mixture.
