½ cup panko breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
⅓ cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
4 salmon fillets (4–6 oz each, about 1 inch thick)
