Full Recipe:
1.5 lbs (680g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz (225g) cream cheese
2 cups (475ml) chicken broth
12 oz (340g) dry pasta (penne or rotini recommended)
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley and red pepper flakes for garnish
Prepare the Crockpot: Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Add Chicken: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
Season: Sprinkle minced garlic, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
Add Cream Cheese: Place the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
Pour Broth: Pour the chicken broth over the cream cheese and chicken.
