For the Bread:
3 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Mash the Bananas: In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
