Ingredients:
1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
4 large eggs
¼ cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon butter
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, choppe
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 450°F (232°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
Prepare Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
Scramble Eggs: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until just set. Remove from heat while still slightly soft; they will finish cooking in the oven.
Assemble Pizza: Evenly spread the scrambled eggs over the prepared dough. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses on top. Scatter the chopped bacon evenly across the surface.
Bake: Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
