2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 large egg
1 1/8 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease an 8x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
