1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup crispy fried onions (optional)
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
