4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 2 pounds)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup (or cream of celery soup)
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 (6 oz) box dry stuffing mix (e.g., Stove Top)
1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil or non stick cooking spray (for greasing)
Optional seasonings: 1 tablespoon dried minced onions, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Optional add-ins: 2 stalks celery (diced), 1/2 cup dried cranberries
