Full Recipe:
1 pound ground beef
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup milk
¼ cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ cup onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup ketchup (for topping)
Preheat Oven & Prepare Pans: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease four mini loaf pans or line them with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ¼ cup ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, chopped onion, and beaten egg. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
