2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
½ cup buffalo sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning mix
½ cup sour cream
1½ cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
¼ cup blue cheese crumbles (optional, for topping)
Green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Carrot sticks, celery sticks, tortilla chips, or crackers (for serving)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and sour cream. Stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
