Made with lean chicken, reduced fat dairy, and a flavorful buffalo sauce, it delivers all the creamy, spicy goodness you love without the guilt. Plus, it's made effortlessly in your slow cooker!
Full Recipe:
2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken (or cooked and shredded chicken breasts)
8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
½ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
¾ cup buffalo wing sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot)
1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix (or 2 tablespoons ranch dressing)
Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped green onions for garnish
Prepare the Chicken: If not using rotisserie chicken, cook and shred 2 chicken breasts.
Combine Ingredients: In a slow cooker, add the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo wing sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch seasoning mix.
