2 medium bell peppers (1 red, 1 green), diced

1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup (about 100 g) shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

Directions:
Prepare Ingredients: Dice the bell peppers, chop the onion, and mince the garlic.
