Full Recipe:
Vanilla wafer cookies (e.g., Voortman brand)
Bright white chocolate melting wafers
Light pink white chocolate melting wafers
Mini chocolate chips
#5 piping tip and piping bags
Prepare the Wafer Cookies: Cut one end of each wafer cookie on both sides to create a pointed tip, resembling the sharpened end of a pencil.
Melt the Chocolate: Melt the white and pink chocolate melting wafers separately, following the instructions on the package.
Fill Piping Bags: Transfer the melted white chocolate into one piping bag and the melted pink chocolate into another.
Pipe the "Eraser": Using the pink chocolate, pipe a small section at the flat end of each wafer to resemble the pencil's eraser. Gently shake the cookie to smooth the chocolate.
Pipe the "Wooden Body": Pipe the remaining white chocolate over the pointed end of the wafer to mimic the wooden part of the pencil. Again, shake lightly to smooth the chocolate.
Attach the "Lead": Before the chocolate hardens, place a mini chocolate chip at the very tip of the pointed end to represent the pencil's lead.
Allow to Set: Place the decorated cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet and let them set until the chocolate hardens completely.
