1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Dough and Garnish:
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cook the Beef Filling:
In a large skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and crumbled, approximately 6-8 minutes.
Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
Once cooled, mix in the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until well combined.
Prepare the Dough:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into four rectangles.
Pinch the seams of each rectangle to seal them.
Assemble the Bombs:
Place a generous scoop of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough rectangle.
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
Bake:
Place the assembled bombs on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops with the beaten egg wash.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
