1 (10 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
Optional: Egg wash made by whisking 1 egg with 1 tablespoon cold water (for shine and color)
Preheat your oven to 375 °F.
Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a cutting board.
Slice each dough triangle into three smaller triangles.
Wrap each Litt’l Smokie with one of the smaller dough triangles to form the “blanket.”
(Optional) Brush the wrapped sausages with the egg wash to achieve a golden sheen and help toppings adhere.
