Dip them in soy sauce or spicy chili oil for an extra burst of flavor.
1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili paste or Sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tsp sesame oil
2 green onions, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Dumpling or spring roll wrappers
Oil for frying
Dipping sauce (soy sauce, chili oil, or sweet chili sauce)
In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, green onions, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each wrapper. Roll and seal edges with water, forming a tight log shape.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add rolls in batches, seam-side down, and cook until all sides are golden brown and meat is fully cooked, about 3–4 minutes per side.
Remove from pan and drain excess oil on paper towels.
Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
