Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup snap peas
8 ounces lo mein noodles or spaghetti
3 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Directions:
Place chicken in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Pour over chicken.
Add mushrooms, bell pepper, carrots, and snap peas to the slow cooker.
