These Homemade Peach Ring Gummies from Unbound Wellness are a fresh, all-natural take on a nostalgic candy favorite. Made from real peaches and lightly sweetened with honey (or maple syrup), they contain no corn syrup, food dyes, or artificial flavors. The texture is softer and more natural than store-bought candy, and the naturally peachy flavor shines through. With just a few ingredients and easy steps—blending, straining, heating, setting—they capture the fun of gummy candy at home in a healthier way.
1 lb peaches, peeled and sliced (defrosted frozen peaches recommended)
⅓ cup orange juice (or substitute apple juice)
2 Tbsp + 1 tsp unflavored gelatin
2 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
Optional: granulated sweetener (e.g. monk‑fruit sweetener)—to toss for texture and sweetness
Blend the peaches with the orange juice until fully liquid. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a medium pot, pressing pulp to collect about 1¼ cups juice.
Pour the juice into the pot, stir in the honey.
Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture, lightly stir, then let sit for 2 minutes to “bloom.”
Heat gently over low heat for 3–4 minutes, until the gelatin fully dissolves and the mixture is smooth.
Use a dropper or pour into peach‑ring molds, or a lined glass dish if you don’t have molds.
Refrigerate for 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
Carefully remove gummies, and optionally toss them in granulated sweetener for added texture and slight tartness.
