2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
For the Cream Cheese Icing:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2–3 tablespoons milk (to thin icing)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the flour, sugar, butter, milk, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
In a separate bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the swirl. Drop spoonfuls of the cinnamon mixture over the cake batter, then use a knife to swirl it through the batter, creating a marbled effect.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
While the cake bakes, make the cream cheese icing by beating together the softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
Once the cake has cooled slightly, drizzle the cream cheese icing over the top and spread it evenly.
