Ingredients
1 package (8 oz.) Mini OREO Cookies, divided
2 Tbsp melted butter
1½ quarts (6 cups) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
Reserve 16 cookies for topping. Crush the remaining cookies into fine crumbs; mix with melted butter.
Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8-inch square pan lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray.
Spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the crust, then top with the reserved whole cookies.
Freeze for about 2 hours until firm, then cut into bite-sized squares. Serve frozen.
